nisam imao nikakvih problema sa povlačenjem iz IVINFORTUNE kazina sve dok nisam zatražio povlačenje £1,000 8. februara 2024. čekalo se na ČEKAJUĆI. Poslao sam e-poruke bez odgovora, poslao sam mejlove svom ličnom menadžeru, bez odgovora. Otišao sam na ćaskanje uživo i rekli su da će trebati 7-21 radni dan i nema problema da ću dobiti svoj novac !!! nikad nisam čuo za nešto slično. Rekao sam im da u njihovim uslovima i odredbama jasno piše 24-48 sati za obradu povlačenja, pa su zatvorili ćaskanje.....i dalje čekaju moj novac
i havent had any issues withdrawing from IWINFORTUNE casino until i requested a withdrawal of £1,000 on the 8th feb 2024. it has been sat AWAITING .ive sent emails with no response, ive sent emails to my personal manager, no response. i went on live chat and they said it will take 7-21 working days and theres no issue i will get my money !!! ive never heard of anything like it. i told them in their terms and conditions it clearly states 24-48 hours for withdrawals to be processed, so they closed chat.....still waiting for my money
