i havent had any issues withdrawing from IWINFORTUNE casino until i requested a withdrawal of £1,000 on the 8th feb 2024. it has been sat AWAITING .ive sent emails with no response, ive sent emails to my personal manager, no response. i went on live chat and they said it will take 7-21 working days and theres no issue i will get my money !!! ive never heard of anything like it. i told them in their terms and conditions it clearly states 24-48 hours for withdrawals to be processed, so they closed chat.....still waiting for my money

Honestly, I have some bad news I have to tell you. The main thing is that the casino has closed, at least according to the latest updates we got from the management. I'd say that explains the lack of communication on the casino's side.

May I know when the last time you actually got a response was? I hate to see you without knowing they planned to close, leaving your active balance blocked in a non-functioning casino...

Though, everything is possible,..

Hello, Radka, wow really? I actually got a response from my personal manager today to say he had sent a message to the processing team and my withdrawal hopefully will be processed soon! He also gave me a free £25 bonus to play slots with ! im so confused, and angry by it all, i managed to withdraw £400 3 weeks ago with no issues at all it was done in 24 hrs

Sorry for such a late reply, I have been rather poorly 🙁 Good news though, the withdrawal landed in my bank account 3 days after we had spoken 🙂

I have had another withdrawal since of £400 and another of £200 without any issues 🙂

So , in absolute fairness I have to say that IWINFORTUNE.CO/EN is a good site , pays out as long as you have been verified, have played through your wagering . but sometimes you just need to wait a little longer as they need to do their checks , which is a good thing 🙂

Communication has been very good between myself and my personal manager, throughout any issues i may have encountered via email .
