Povezan sam sa brojnim kockarskim institucijama i član sam brojnih onlajn kazina više od 30 godina bez ikakvih problema.
Prošle godine sam se pridružio Betveju, ali sam imao prvi neslaganje u životu sa kazinom oko ograničenja depozita. Tada sam izneo nekoliko usputnih komentara o bezbednosnim problemima koje možda imam, a koji su bili izrečeni zbog frustracije (znam da je moja greška i da je glupo). Zatvorili su mi nalog i dodali moje ime na Gamprotekt. Od tada, sve kompanije za kockanje koje su registrovane na Gamprotektu zatvaraju moje naloge sa porukom: -
„Zbog unosa na Gamprotect koji je napravio Betway, zatvorili smo vaš nalog. Samo Betway može ukloniti ovaj unos, stoga ih treba kontaktirati."
Kontaktirao sam Betvej, objasnio situaciju i izvinio se. Dao sam im objašnjenje za sve bezbednosne potrebe koje smatraju da imam i pokazao sam im dokaz da nisam bezbednosni problem. Međutim, oni odbijaju da učestvuju u bilo kakvim razgovorima i kažu da će moja prijava na Gamprotektu ostati tamo 5 godina.
Smatram da je ovaj sistem potpuno pogrešan, da JEDNA kompanija može da me zabrani iz drugih institucija iako sam dobar i pouzdan kupac. Kako jedna kompanija može imati ovakvu kontrolu nad vama? Sigurno je to kršenje pravičnosti i ljudskih prava. Sada mi je zabranjeno da radim u lokalnoj bingo sali, zabranjen mi je pristup lokalnom stadionu za pse i 12 kazina mi je zatvorilo nalog. Svi su mi rekli da moraju da poštuju smernice Gamprotect-a i da samo Betway može ovo da ispravi.
Ako Betvej neće da razgovara o ovome sa mnom, šta onda drugo mogu da uradim? Da bih razumeo kontekst mog neslaganja sa Betvejem, rekao sam im da sam ranjiv kupac i da ne bi trebalo da dozvoljavaju depozite bez prethodne provere prošlosti. Ovo je bilo idiotski i navedeno je u imejlu koji sam poslao nakon pijanske sesije kada nisam bio priseban. Razumem da su moji postupci ovde bili jadni. Međutim, objasnio sam okolnosti, izvinio se i stidim se onoga što sam rekao, ali oni neće da slušaju. Sada plaćam za to, ali verujem da bi trebalo da imam pravo da odgovorim.

I have been affiliated with numerous gambling institutions and a member of scores of online casinos for over 30 years without any issues.
Last year I joined Betway but had my first disagreement in my lifetime with a casino regarding deposit limits. At the time I made a few throw away comments about safety issues I might have, that were said due to frustration.(My fault I know and stupid ). They closed my account and added my name to Gamprotect. Since then, all the gambling companies who are signed up to Gamprotect have been closing my accounts with a message :-
"Due to a Gamprotect entry made by Betway we have closed your account. Only Betway can remove this entry therefore you need to contact them".
I have contacted Betway and explained the situation and apologised. I have given them an explanation to any safety needs they think I have and showed them proof I am not a safety concern. However they refuse to engage in any discussions and say my Gamprotect entry will stay there for 5 years.
I find that this system is totally flawed that ONE company can get me banned from other institutions even though I am a good and trusted customer. How can one company have a hold over you like this Surely that is a violation on fairness and Human rights. I am now banned from working at my local Bingo Hall, banned from my local greyhound stadium and had my account closed by 12 casinos. All of them have told me that they have to follow Gamprotect guidelines and only Betway can remedy this.
If Betway won't discuss this with me then what else can I do. For context in my disagreement with Betway I told them I was a vulnerable customer and they should not be allowing deposits without doing background checks beforehand. This was idiotic and was made in an email I sent after a boozy session when I wasn't thinking straight. I understand that my actions here were pathetic. However I have explained the circumstances and apologised and ashamed of what I said but they won't listen. I'm paying for it now but I believe I should be allowed to have a right to reply.
