This casino has a false license and the max withdrawal amount allowed is really low, maybe you tried to withdraw over that limit and that's why it got rejected. It would be good to know if you never opened more than one account or if you were playing with a bonus and possibly breached the terms for said bonus by playing a restricted game or betting over the max bet allowed while a bonus is active, if not, there is no justification for the account closure, file a complaint
