Hi,

I'm just wondering whether anyone noticed recently that with some casinos - King Billy, Wild Tornado, Lukki - you cannot see the games any more on the main screen - it's all just giving you the casino logo... I tried to contact Live Support but no luck so far.

Also, it seems that all of them are changing - well, for the worse. With Joo Casino - there is no wire transfer withdrawal option any more. They said they are working on it - for the past few weeks...

Anyone has any idea what on Earth is happening?

Hi, your first question would be best answered by the casinos themselves. I don't know if this is some new trend they are trying to start or if there is something technical behind it. None of the casinos you contacted in response to your question answered you? 

As for the other Joo casino and the wire transfer problem, that's a slightly different discussion. If they've been trying to fix it for a long time, it's probably a more serious issue. Have they confirmed that they want to continue using this method in the future? 

Are you having problems with withdrawals at the casino if you are asking about this?🙂

If not that, could it be a location problem? i.e not available in your country or just some internet problem

Thank you for your response. You see I've been playing for many years with quite a few different casinos - and the slight issues have always been resolved promptly. I have a feeling that this is on a completely different level - all these issues are happening with most of the casinos I play with??? Very weird. I'm really hesitant to keep playing anywhere.

Well, I only wanted to know whether anyone else experienced these issues? Mostly the blank screens??? Maybe I'll give it a break and see what happens later on?

You can do what you said and take a break. Also, what the other player wrote to you may be worth considering, and try to find out if it could cause any problems.

Either way, I hope it gets resolved.
