Takođe sam bio ovde sa 2 prethodna podneska žalbe, i ta 2 su takođe odbačena i smatrana nevažećim i na kraju sam i dobila obe.
Priložio sam stvarne i činjenične dokaze. Nisu obezbedili ništa. A ipak su bili u stanju da pokolebaju i ubede sve do poslednje ADR platforme i regulatore, uključujući Casino Gurua.
Ova 'presuda' nosi samo digitalnu težinu ovde, na mreži.

We'll see how Zodiac makes out trying to convince a judge, that the steps they took and lies they told were validated, in accordance with federal and provincial laws, or that they mislead me and RiskManagment deliberately took their time and blatently ignored my connection requests for 22 days before they decided to stick their 2 cents into the combination and then deletion of my accounts.
RiskManagement and ResponsibleGaming departments at CR Rewards I am all but certain only exist through talks about them because they do nothing as far as actual player assistance until its too late.
Then they frantically send you 3 or 4 emails in one day, to give the impression that they are right on top of this situation. Its all just for show. The bulk of their work, in my opinion, is sitting aorund and coming up with new and original ways of deception and compiling players submission to see how to turn the tables.

??? još uvek se pitam zašto mu nešto dodajete. Odbijeno je. Kako god da objasnim šta se desilo,
i dokaz koji ide uz to, nekako...na neki način, Zodiac je uspeo da ubedi sve regulatore i ADR platforme u suprotno.
To samo dalje pokazuje da ovaj proces uopšte nije neki proces. Linije se povlače u pesku pre nego što se ičije pritužbe podnesu.
Mislim pored svega što sam dao kao dokaz, činjenica da je predstavnik kazina iz Zodijaka uhvaćen u laži upravo na ovoj platformi, mnogo govori. I dalje nije napravila razliku.
Pa šta ti to govori.......ADR je u kvaru. Naravno da se dosta toga reši, ali ima mnogo drugih koji su pošteno pobedili i bili prevareni u pogledu svojih dobitaka, a ipak kazino i dalje dobija ocenu „2 palca gore".
Nemam više šta da dodam svojoj žalbi

It just further shows that this process, isnt much of a process at all. Lines are drawn in the sand before anyone's complaints are even submitted.
I mean aside from everything I submitted as proof, the fact that the casino rep from Zodiac was caught in a lie on this very platform, says alot. It STILL didnt make a difference.
So what does that tell you.......ADR is broke. Sure alot of get resolved, but there are many others who fairly won and got cheated of their winnings and yet the casino still gets a "2 thumbs up " rating.
