Međutim, imam sledeći problem:


Često sam plaćao u kockarnicama koristeći svoju virtuelnu kreditnu karticu sa Paisafecard-a i sada jedno ili dva kazina prirodno žele fotografiju kreditne kartice, kao što je uobičajeno sa kic procesom. Ne radi dobro sa virtuelnom karticom.

Već sam tražio od Paisafecard-a potvrdu da sam ja vlasnik naloga i kartice, ali nisu odgovorili na moj zahtev 2 nedelje.

Možda je neko drugi imao isti problem i možda mi može pomoći.

Hello, this is probably the most common problem with virtual cards. 

As for the confirmation that the account and the card belong to you, you still haven't received it, have you ? Have you tried calling the customer service line if tehy have one to see if they can help you with this, because you need it and you probably can't move without it ? What casinos are involved in this case ? 

Of course I would be glad if someone could get to you and help you with their experience or if you could get a document of ownership. that would be the best.

Zdravo Jaro... Ne, nažalost Paisafecard nije čuo ništa od mene nakon što sam izrazio želju da mi daju nešto što dokazuje da sam ja taj koji vodi račun ili karticu...

Nažalost, Paisafecard nije baš prilagođen korisnicima kada su u pitanju opcije kontakta...

Radi se o vundervins kazinu... Ranije sam nekoliko puta deponovao virtuelnom karticom, ali poslednji put sa mog normalnog bankovnog računa. Zato sam se malo iznenadio što sam ovo morao da proverim, jer je novac koji je došao od depozita sa virtuelne kreditne kartice odavno potrošen... Da, kažu da treba da dostavim dokaze inače će mi račun biti blokiran.

Verovatno je najbolje da ubuduće ne koristim ovaj način plaćanja ako je toliki problem da dokažem da je moj.

That's too bad, but I think the card provider should give you such a document when you need it. I think it's one of the most basic ones, so I'm quite surprised that you're having trouble getting hold of something like that. You didn't have to verify it before when you used it ? 

However, of course, as for not using it in the future, I don't blame you, because I would probably have taken the same attitude to it. It's common for casinos to ask for such documents, and if you can't provide them, it's not the happiest place to be. 

I would definitely try to get proof that it's my account and the card belongs to me. If you somehow manage to do that, let me know.
