Playson technical issues

Hello everyone, have you encountered an issue with Playson? Specifically, in two casinos, one of their games, Royal Joker, froze and hasn't launched for several weeks. In the first instance, support helped after two months, but in the next casino, it still doesn't work.​

An additional question: have you played with stakes above 10 euros? I once had incredible luck, winning 6,000 euros in an hour, after which Royal Joker 'ate' 1,000 euros and didn't trigger the Bonus Feature even once at any stake. Could this be some kind of shadow ban from the casino or provider? It's unbelievable to lose 1,000 euros, playing from 20 cents to 10 euros, without hitting the Bonus Feature even once.​

Hello, regarding the problem with the game provider, i.e. the games you describe, the best thing to do would be to ask the casino. They should know what is going on if they are in contact with the game provider when the game is not working. Alternatively, if the game provider can answer, maybe write an email to them to see if they have a specific problem.

As for bets over €10, I don't think there's anything wrong with that. If a player puts in €1000 and has a €10 bet, he will make a hundred spins to spend it. It has happened to me many times that I didn't get any bonus for 100 spins. Sometimes it was even more than 100 and let's say 300 spins and no scatter. 

Unfortunately sometimes it is like that and other times you can get a bonus even twice for 10 spins. I don't think there's anything wrong with that, but I can see where you're going with it because it probably causes a lot of disbelief. 😕
