I have an issue that I’ve only ever had playing with this game provider. I finally found a site called slotbunny.com that had this providers games. Well, I really enjoy TaDa’s games so once I realized that this site had their games I played them on slotbunny. I played just as I always would on this site and I won, now slotbunny.com tells me that with this certain provider TaDa gaming that the provider itself has to verify that all my spins were fair and I actually won what I won before I can cashout. I’ve only ever had this issue with this Gaming provider which is odd. So long story short my withdrawal through slotbunny.com has been held up for over 40 days now because they say they are waiting for TaDa gaming to verify my play and wins before they can pay me out. I have withdrawn instantly with Slotbunny before when I didn’t play any TaDa games. Just trying to get ahold of Someone from TaDa to verify this is actually a thing ? And trying to figure out why it takes them so long if that’s the case. Makes me not want to use the TaDa provider anywhere anymore and I really hate that, because I love these games. Can anyone help me with this and confirm? Or get me a contact that can help me with this through TaDa?

Hi, I would like to ask what exactly the game provider is investigating. Did the casino tell you anything more about it? Based on what you describe, they are looking into whether the spins were fair, but I don't know what to imagine that means. Did you play with a bonus? 

As for clarification, game providers do not have accounts on our forum. Well, except for one, and he hardly ever posts here, and it's not TaDa. 

But what surprises me the most is how long it's been going on. I think 40 days is enough time for the casino to figure out what's going on, so it was a good move to file a complaint
