Još jednom se slažem sa tobom; briga uzima svoj danak. 😀 Bukvalno sam pola nedelje proveo analizirajući kako komuniciram sa igračima kako bih izbegao buduće sukobe i na kraju prestao da banujem ljude. Ono što sam otkrio je da je jedna od mojih najvećih grešaka bila pokretanje dijaloga kada nije bilo namere da se to uradi. Pa, pomalo boli. Ali, svi smo jedinstveni i to moram još više poštovati u budućnosti. Ipak, reći ću ti jednu tajnu: kada udari zima i kratki dani, obično počinjem da se osećam isto. Verujem da je to zato što imam manje energije da održim svoj duh i da se nosim sa svakodnevnim izazovima. Svake godine je sve gore. 😀
Ali dosta o svetlim stranama stresa (da, topla kupka zvuči odlično, ali ponekad bih morao da provedem dane tamo), Romijev plan mi zvuči dobro. Poštovanje pravila bi trebalo da funkcioniše u oba smera, tako da ako kazino nije u mogućnosti da vam plati, rekao bih da neće škoditi da se žalite. I'm glad to hear that. I agree with you once more; caring does take its toll. 😀 I literally spent half of Sunday analyzing how I communicate with players in order to avoid future conflicts and eventually stop banning people. What I discovered was that one of my biggest mistakes was initiating dialogue when there was no intention of doing so. Well, it kind of hurts. But, we are all unique and I must respect that even more in the future. I'll tell you a secret, though: when the winter and short days strike, I usually start to feel the same. I believe it's because I have less energy to maintain my spirit and tackle the daily challenges. It gets worse each passing year. 😀
But enough about the bright sides of the stress (yeah, a hot bath souds great but on some occasions I would need to spend days there.), Romi's plan sounds good to me. Honoring the rules should work both ways, so if the casino is unable to pay you, I'd say it won't hurt to complain. The complaint thread is a neutral space for you and the casino to discuss the issue and possible solutions with cooperation from our mediators.
