TOURNAMENTS NOT FOR ALL

Hey Fellow Spinners!

I would like to know if everyone from everywhere is OK w/ Relax Gaming Slots being featured as the software for most Gurus' Tournament Competitions on site? I only ask because I am not able to play in them due to being from the USA, which Relax Gaming has suddenly deemed as ineligible to play their games!

I feel this to be a discriminating act of Relax Gaming, but w/ Guru choosing to continue to use their games for the slot tournaments doesn't fit w/ the non-discriminate ways Casino Guru handles all their other business!!! I do realize they have just now learned of the new exclusion by Relax Gaming, but was quite shocked to find that the new Tournaments, just beginning, were featuring Relax Gamings Slot machines!

"SUGAR RUSH" not included! I did get to play in that one, for it is a PRAGMATIC PLAY Slot!

So does anyone else out there have an opinion on this matter, regardless of your nationality! I'm very anxious to hear!

Frankly, your country is among the restricted. Almost every game provider has such a list.

It's not so easy to get an agreement with other game providers, though, so we offer games available for the wider sphere of our community when we can.

As far as I can say, there is nothing else behind that.

Hi Radka! I just wanted you to know that I know alot of casino sites ban some countries from playing @ their sites, I just wasn't aware the software providers had any say in the matter! Now that I understand that, I would just like to ask if maybe the Tournament Slots could be played using Pragmatic Play Software Slots every other Weekly Tournament & Relax Gaming Slots the other weeks! Switching back & forth, maybe? Idk, of course, who decides which games will be featured in your Tournaments, but just in case that is a detail of your job description, I would like you to at least consider my request! I am just heartbroken I can't join in on the fun anymore, especially since winning my very 1st time I played! This is the only Tournaments I have ever came across where all competitors are on equal ground & there is no "Buy-ins" or "Add-ons", making them about the $$ spent to play! Your Tournaments are 100% fair & the only ones I've ever found that are!!!

You don't need to reply to me directly on my request, for I will forevermore be checking in every week & attempting to play in each one, just in case it's a game by a software company that allows the USA to play! I just thought it couldn't hurt to ask! I think the world of Casino Guru & what you guys do for the online gambling community, regardless I am eligible to play in your Tournaments! That will never change!!!

Hi, we are glad that you enjoyed our tournaments. As already explained every game provider has a list of which countries are forbidden and unfortunately we can't do anything about it. However, I understand what you want to achieve, but I think I have a good tip in this case and that is that you can use VPN in our tournaments. That means that even such restrictions should not be a problem. You could enjoy any tournament this way. 🙂

Frankly, when it comes to provider restrictions and free tournaments, which I'm so glad you enjoy so much, there is actually a one blind spot. Even though I want, I can't send you the regular free tournament newsletter, this restriction I can't pass. 😀 .

But I'm more than convinced you can manage on your own! 😉

I'm sure glad to hear that, because I like people to be happy and satisfied in general. I hope that with this approach you will succeed again and win more tournaments, whether here or elsewhere.

Only if it's a Pragmatic Play game since Relax Gaming don't allow USA to play! I got excited when you reminded me about using a VPN until I checked it out & none of the options were free for more than the trial period! I try to NOT sign up for Trial Periods anymore! There was a time I let those get the best of me, when I couldn't figure out how come my bank account balance was so far off from what I thought it should be. Come to find out, it was a bunch of those Trial Periods expiring on me over the months & I wasn't even using them anymore, hardly! That was one of those School of Hard Knocks lessons in my life!

I learned, real quick, why my Mom was so adamant about the importance of "ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT" rule!"NO MATTER HOW LONG IT IS!", she'd say!

So, Yeah, I check your Tournaments out weekly ,w/ my fingers crossed, hopin' it let's me in! Happily, playing the ones I can & angrily cussing the ones I can't!!!

Oh sure, VPNs are paid, but I think there are some that don't cost that much. Some basic package for a few dollars might not hurt, but of course if you were to use it only for our tournaments, it probably wouldn't have much value. 

Anyway, I'm sorry about your experience with free trials, I don't use them, so thankfully I didn't get into any trouble with that kind of thing. Your mom is right, you should always read everything. 

There is one more tournament that is a few days away from pragmatic play, so if you haven't joined yet you have a chance. 

Of course I hope there will be as many as possible so you can play with us.

I didn't expect such wide range and for zero cost.

No I sure haven't! I quit lookin for one to tell ya the truth, but since you did the homework, I will check into it! I'm American, from the USA, Kansas, so I will look to see if they accept my kind or not!!! Lately, tho, I got really lucky at Prairie Band Casino in Mayetta, KS & have been able to deposit more online & win that way!!!

As I see it, tournaments do not require any contribution, everyone plays for free spins and everyone has the same amount - the fact that in some countries certain slots are not available - this could be unfair if all this were not free

Yes, game providers have some countries as restricted. However, on our site players can use a VPN and therefore any problems will disappear. 🙂
