Because Juraj hasn't sent them to the players yet. The tournament just ended recently, and the players will receive an email soon. Once most of them have confirmed their email, Juraj will wait for the vouchers and then send them to the players. I would say it takes about a week or two, so if you haven't received an email and then a voucher by then, be sure to let me know and I'll look into it. 😉
