Ali moj glavni problem nije bio primanje dobitaka u vezi sa Iggdrasil turnirom na koji mi je kazino dozvolio da se odlučim i pridružim se tokom prazničnog perioda. Iggdrasil redovno vodi turnire zasnovane na tabeli i prema mom iskustvu sa drugim kazinom, ako ste plasirani, dobici se odmah isplaćuju na vaš kazino račun. Ovom prilikom sam se plasirao u nagradnu kategoriju od 50 funti. Moji dobici nisu isplaćeni i nisam imao predviđanja da napravim snimak ekrana liste lidera jer nikada ranije nisam imao problema. Tabela lidera više nije bila vidljiva kada je sledeći turnir počeo. Kada sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku, oni su poricali sve informacije o turniru i rekli da moram lično da kontaktiram provajdera igre. uprkos tome što sam pokušao da kontaktiram Iggrasil, izgleda da ne odgovaraju na pojedinačne upite korisnika kazina jer ja nisam njihov običaj... kazino nije voljan da pomogne. Zatražio sam da zatvorim svoj nalog i od mene je zatraženo da sačekam da se čuju od menadžera…. do danas nisam dobio takav odgovor.

But my main issue was not receiving winnings related to a Yggdrasil tournament which the casino allowed me to opt into and join over the festive period. Yggdrasil regularly runs leaderboard based tournaments and in my experience with other casinos if you are placed the winnings are immediately paid to your casino account. On this occasion I was placed in the £50 prize category. My winnings were not paid and I didn’t have the foresight to take a screenshot of the leaderboard as I’d never had the issues before. The leaderboard was no longer visible once the next tournament started. When I contacted customer support they denied all knowledge of the tournament and said I needed to contact the game provider myself. despite trying to contact Yggrasil myself it seems they don’t respond to individual enquiries from casino users as I am not their custom…the casino is unwilling to help. I requested to close my account and was asked to wait to hear from managers….no such response received to date.
