Automatizovani sistem za verifikaciju je potpuno propao. Koristio sam svoju vozačku dozvolu i pisalo je da moje ime mora biti isto kao moja lična karta, i jeste. Ćaskanje me je uputilo da ponovo pokrenem, obrišem keš itd., a onda je iznenada moj račun za komunalne usluge odbijen umesto toga. To su isti dokumenti koje uvek koristim i oni su ažurni i važeći iu ispravnom formatu. Čet mi je rekao da se vratim sledećeg dana, ali nisu bili dostupni i odustao sam.
Ažuriranje: Vratio sam se nekoliko dana kasnije i otkrio da sam sada verifikovan, što je dobro. Bilo bi mi drago da mi se neko obrati e-poštom da me obavesti. Popravio sam svoju ocenu i daću stvarima još jednu šansu.
The automated system for verification was a complete failure. I used my driver's license and it stated my name had to be the same as my ID, and it is. Chat instructed me to reboot, clear cache ect and then suddenly my utility bill was rejected instead. These are the same documents I always use and they are up to date and valid and in the correct format. Chat told me to come back the next day, but they were unavailable and I gave up.
Update: I went back a number of days later and found out that I am now verified, which is good. It would have been appreciated if someone had reached out to me via email to let me know. I've adjusted my rating and will be giving things another chance.
