Lotofi me tretira kao budalu skoro godinu dana. 31. avgusta 2023. registrovao sam se i deponovao novac u ovaj prokleti kazino. Čak sam osvojio i neke male iznose – što se pokazalo kao zamka koja me natera da nastavim da igram.
Tada su tražili verifikaciju. Normalna, standardna procedura, pomislio sam, pa sam učitao svoja dokumenta, uključujući dokaz adrese i izvora prihoda. Tada su počele nevolje. Prvo su odbili moja dokumenta, tražeći fotografiju moje bankovne kartice (iako sam deponovao preko Skrill-a i moja bankovna kartica nema nikakve veze sa ovim kazinom). Poslao sam sve što im je trebalo, ali ŠEST MESECI me niko nije obavestio o statusu moje verifikacije.
Kada sam 18. marta 2024. konačno stigao da se ponovo pozabavim ovim, pokušao sam da završim verifikaciju. Do tada sam se sa porodicom preselio u Portugal, a kazino je ovo iskoristio kao izgovor da zadrži moj novac. Objasnio sam predstavnicima kazina razloge za selidbu i specifičnosti portugalske birokratije, ali nije pomoglo.
Učitao sam sve potrebne dokumente s obzirom na moje novo mesto stanovanja, a oni su i dalje odbijali proveru. Ovog puta su tražili izjavu kojom se potvrđuje moj trenutni izvor prihoda, iako sam im više puta slao brojne dokumente koji dokazuju da imam i još uvek imam sredstva za depozit.
Ova priča traje do danas: šaljem dokumente, a kazino nalazi razloge da ih ne prihvati. Postaje apsurdno: poslao sam im gomilu dokumenata, uključujući fotografiju moje bankovne kartice, Skrill izvod i izjavu portugalske kompanije u kojoj radim koja pokazuje moju punu platu. Kao odgovor, tražili su dokaz moje adrese u Irskoj, gde ne živim nekoliko meseci!
Čini se da Lottofi ima celo odeljenje posvećeno pronalaženju izgovora i smešnih zahteva samo da bi se izbeglo isplata dobitaka ili vraćanje depozita.
Lottofy has been treating me like a fool for almost a year. On August 31, 2023, I registered and deposited money into this damn casino. I even won some small amounts – which turned out to be a trap to make me keep playing.
Then they demanded verification. A normal, standard procedure, I thought, so I uploaded my documents, including proof of address and source of income. That's when the trouble began. First, they rejected my documents, asking for a photo of my bank card (even though I deposited via Skrill and my bank card has nothing to do with this casino). I sent everything they needed, but for SIX MONTHS no one informed me about the status of my verification.
When I finally got around to dealing with this again on March 18, 2024, I tried to complete the verification. By this time, I had moved with my family to Portugal, and the casino used this as an excuse to hold onto my money. I explained to the casino representatives the reasons for the move and the specifics of the Portuguese bureaucracy, but it didn't help.
I uploaded all the necessary documents considering my new place of residence, and they still refused verification. This time, they wanted a statement confirming my current source of income, even though I had repeatedly sent them numerous documents proving I had and still have the funds for the deposit.
This story continues to this day: I send documents, and the casino finds reasons not to accept them. It gets absurd: I sent them a bunch of documents, including a photo of my bank card, a Skrill statement, and a statement from the Portuguese company where I work showing my full salary. In response, they requested proof of my address in Ireland, where I haven't lived for several months!
It feels like Lottofy has a whole department dedicated to coming up with excuses and ridiculous requirements just to avoid paying out winnings or returning deposits.
