Imam problem sa kazinom LuckyGem u vezi sa blokiranim isplatama.
Uplatio sam depozit od 100 evra, koji je uspešno obrađen i potvrđen od strane moje banke pre nekoliko dana. Takođe sam mogao da koristim ova sredstva za igru, što je potvrdilo da je depozit uplaćen na moj račun.
Međutim, ne mogu da podnesem zahtev za isplatu jer sistem i dalje označava depozit kao „na čekanju". Ovo blokira pristup mojim sredstvima.
Korisnička podrška je više puta navodila da je problem kod dobavljača plaćanja ili nekog drugog odeljenja, ali nije dat nikakav vremenski okvir ili rešenje uprkos tome što je prošlo nekoliko dana.
Kazino je potvrdio da su sredstva uplaćena i korišćena, ali povlačenje je i dalje blokirano.
Molim da se ovaj problem odmah reši i da mi se dozvoli da povučem svoja sredstva.

I am experiencing an issue with LuckyGem Casino regarding a blocked withdrawal.
I made a deposit of €100, which was successfully processed and confirmed by my bank several days ago. I was also able to use these funds to play, confirming that the deposit was credited to my account.
However, I am unable to submit a withdrawal request because the system still marks the deposit as "pending". This is blocking access to my funds.
Customer support has repeatedly stated that the issue is with the payment provider or another department, but no timeframe or resolution has been provided despite several days passing.
The casino has acknowledged that the funds were credited and used, yet the withdrawal remains blocked.
I am requesting that this issue be resolved immediately and that I am allowed to withdraw my funds.
