Veoma sam razočaran svojim iskustvom korišćenja LuckyVibe kazina.
Ponude za depozit su bile loše, isplate su delovale niske, a korisnička služba je bila užasna kada sam imao problem sa neuspešnim onlajn depozitom.
Uplatio sam 100 dolara i iako je moja banka prvobitno stavila transakciju na čekanje, koristio sam drugi bankovni račun za igru tog dana. Transakcija na čekanju je kasnije odobrena i skinuta sa mog računa, ali sredstva nikada nisu dodata na moj LuckyVibe nalog.
Dostavio sam jasne snimke ekrana koji prikazuju transakciju, pokušaje depozita na čekanju, odobrenu transakciju i nedostajuća sredstva. Umesto da pravilno provere transakcije na mom računu, tražili su od mene da dostavim kompletne poverljive bankovne izvode.

Very disappointed with my experience using LuckyVibe Casino.
The deposit offers were poor, the payouts felt low, and the customer service was terrible when I had an issue with a failed online deposit.
I deposited $100, and although my bank initially put the transaction into pending, I used another bank account to play that day. The pending transaction was later approved and taken out of my account, but the funds were never added to my LuckyVibe account.
I provided clear screenshots showing the transaction, the pending deposit attempts, the approved transaction, and the missing funds. Instead of properly checking my account transactions, they asked me to provide full confidential bank statements.
I do not believe customers should have to hand over full personal account statements when clear transaction screenshots have already been provided. I asked them to simply check the deposits made into my online account, but I felt like they did not care and handled the issue poorly.
Because of this, I will not play with LuckyVibe again. A casino that accepts deposits needs to have proper support when payment issues occur, and in my experience, their customer service was not good enough.
