U početku su male isplate obrađivane bez ikakvih problema, što mi je dalo poverenje u platformu. Međutim, kada je moj saldo dostigao približno 28.000 RON, moj račun je iznenada blokiran i svi dobici su otkazani.
Kazino mi je vratio samo poslednji depozit od 2.000 RON, dok je preostalih ~26.000 RON zadržano.
Nije dato nikakvo konkretno objašnjenje. Dobio sam samo generičke reference na Uslove i odredbe, bez preciziranja:
* koje pravilo sam navodno prekršio/la
* koje transakcije su smatrane problematičnim
* koji dokazi potkrepljuju njihovu odluku
Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku, ali su odbili da mi daju bilo kakve dodatne detalje.
Već sam eskalirao slučaj Rumunskoj agenciji za kockanje (ONJN)
Initially, small withdrawals were processed without any issues, which gave me confidence in the platform. However, once my balance reached approximately 28,000 RON, my account was suddenly blocked and all winnings were cancelled.
The casino returned only my last deposit of 2,000 RON, while the remaining ~26,000 RON was withheld.
No concrete explanation was provided. I only received generic references to Terms and Conditions, without specifying:
* what rule I allegedly violated
* which transactions were considered problematic
* what evidence supports their decision
I contacted support multiple times, but they refused to provide any additional details.
I have already escalated the case to the Romanian Gambling Authority (ONJN)
