Agent ne razume upite i odgovori su irelevantni.. Šalje me da radim stvari koje neće pomoći, gubiti vreme i komplikovati stvar čineći je frustrirajućim, što me je dovelo do toga da jednostavno želim da napustim kazino i igram negde drugde. Veoma loša usluga. Samo ponavlja šta god kao automatizovani bot i ne radi efikasno :/ polagao sam velike nade u ovaj kazino i sada samo želim da izađem jer korisnička podrška izgleda užasno.. kakva šteta
Poslao sam snimke ekrana bonusa koje sam našao na mreži da znam da li je važeći/funkcionalni.. Ako jeste, želeo sam pomoć o tome kako će se uveriti da će funkcionisati pre deponovanja jer nisam mogao da ga pronađem sam (kliknuo/registrovao sam se preko linka ponude Pogledao sam stranicu sa promocijama, moj nalog/nagrade/bonuse itd.) kaže da je minimalni depozit za određeni bonus bio 10 USD, a kada sam tražio depozit, imao sam minimalnih 25 USD bonusa sa različitim uslovima.
Agent je stalno govorio da imam depozit na čekanju itd i da moram da uplatim da bih aktivirao bonus itd. ŠTO NIJE BILO MOJ UPIT.
Jasno sam se objasnio, dajući snimke ekrana itd, ali on me je upućivao da radim stvari koje nisu relevantne za moje jednostavno pitanje, komplikujući stvar. Zatim mi kaže da prosleđuje relevantnom timu i da će mi poslati e-poštu za moj depozit „na čekanju" 😆 (Nisam ga još napravio i nikad to nisam rekao ..?) Gubite skoro 30 minuta uzalud jer ne izgleda da znam šta radi i stalno mi je govorio da položim depozit.
GLUPOSTI i neprofesionalni.. naterali su me da napustim kazino i odlučim da ne uplaćujem novac ovde, nažalost..
Znam sve što treba da znam o onlajn kockarnicama, bonusima, stvarima i sl. i on mi je pričao kao da ne razumem jebote kako ovo funkcioniše lol. Osećao sam se kao da ću očigledno biti bolji u njegovom poslu jer on nije razumeo jednostavno pitanje zbog čega je ovo dovoljno frustrirajuće da napustim kazino i pogledam da uplatim na drugom mestu I DOĐEM NAPRAVITI OVAJ LOŠ RECENZIJU! ne preporučujem... 👎
Agent does not understand inquiry and answers are irrelevant.. Sending me to do things that won't help, wasting time and complicating the matter making it frustrating which lead me to just wanna leave the casino and play elsewhere. Very bad service. Just repeats whatever like a automated bot and doesn't work efficiently :/ had high hopes for this casino and now I just want to get out because customer support looks crappy.. what a shame
I sent screenshots of bonus I found online to know if was valid/working.. If so, wanted some help on how make sure was going to work before depositing because could not seem to find it myself (I clicked/signed up through offer link. Looked on promotions page, my account/rewards/bonuses etc) says min deposit for the specific bonus was $10 and when looking to deposit, only had minimum $25 bonuses with different t&c's..
Agent kept saying I had pending deposit etc and needed to deposit in order to activate a bonus etc WHICH WAS NOT MY INQUIRY..
I clearly explained myself, providing screenshots etc but he was directing me to do things irrelevant to my simple question, complicating the matter. Then telling me he is forwarding to relevant team and will e-mail me back for my "pending" deposit 😆 (I had not made one yet and never said so ..?) Wasting almost 30 minutes for nothing because he doesn't seem to know what he is doing and kept telling me to deposit.
NONSENSE and unprofessional.. made me leave the casino and decide to not deposit any money on here unfortunately..
I know all there is to know about online casinos, bonuses, t&c's etc and he was talking to me like I didn't understand sh** how these work lol. I felt like I would clearly be better at his job because he didn't understand a simple question making this frustrating enough for me to leave casino and look to deposit elsewhere AND COME MAKE THIS POOR REVIEW! do not recommend... 👎
