I opened a new account. I filled in my data and verified my e-mail address. I deposited 100 EUR, and after the payment the system automatically blocked my account. I have 100 EUR money stuck inside. Two days ago, they only promised that the relevant department would refund it.
I don't really understand why it's taking so long, maybe I should work in the finance department instead of drinking coffee. The administration is pathetically slow, and I am skeptical about whether I will get my money back.
