Kazino mi je postavio ograničenje depozita jer sam uplatio preko 10.000 evra za manje od nedelju dana. Uprkos ograničenju, sledeće nedelje sam i dalje mogao da uplatim preko ograničenja. Kontaktirao sam korisničku službu i pitao kako je to moguće, a nekoliko sati kasnije su me obavestili imejlom da su sada uklonili ograničenje, jer mi više nije potrebno. Dakle, uplatio sam preko 13.000 evra nedeljno, a kazino skida ograničenja, jasno je da su morali da ih ukinu jer su propustili.
Kazino poriče da bih ikada mogao da uplatim preko limita koji su mi postavili, čak i ako imam sve dokaze, oni i dalje ignorišu činjenice i odbijaju da mi odgovore.
Takođe ranije nisam mogao da postavim sebi ograničenje depozita ni u jednom Infiniza kazinu, ali naravno i to mi je odbijeno i nikada nisam dobio objašnjenja šta nije u redu sa platformom.
Casino set me depositlimit because I had deposited over 10000euros in a less than a week. Despite the limit, the next week I could still deposit over the limit. I contacted to customerservice and asked how was it possible and a few hours later they notified me by email that they now took the limit off, because I no longer needed one. So I had deposited over 13000e/week and casino takes limits off, its clear that they had to took it off because they had failed it.
Casino denies that I could ever deposit over the limit they had set to me, even I have all the evidence, still they ignors the facts and refuse to answer me.
I also could not earlier set myself depositlimit to any of Infiniza casinos, but ofcourse that was denied too and I never got explanations what was wrong with the platform.
