Ovim izdajem zvanično i konačno obaveštenje u vezi sa konfiskacijom stanja na mom računu, u ukupnom iznosu od približno 595.000 evra, na vašoj platformi (0x.bet), u vezi sa igrom Mummyland.
Na osnovu vaše sopstvene komunikacije, potvrđeno je da:
- problem je nastao od dobavljača igre (Belatra Games)
- tehnički problem je prouzrokovao nenamerno dupliranje opklada
Međutim, vaše akcije kao odgovor na ovo navodno pitanje su nesrazmerne, neopravdane i izazivaju ozbiljne pravne probleme.
Eksplicitno navodim sledeće:
1. Sve opklade su prihvaćene i obrađene normalno na vašoj platformi
2. Tokom igranja nije prikazano upozorenje o grešci ili kvaru
3. Stanje na mom računu je bilo jasno prikazano i dostupno za isplatu
4. Zahtev za povlačenje je podnet pre bilo kakve reklamacije o kvaru
5. Moj saldo je naknadno uklonjen bez moje saglasnosti
6. Obavešten sam da je više opklada visoke vrednosti (po 10.000 evra) postavljeno bez mog odobrenja.
Gorenavedeno predstavlja potencijalno kršenje:
- obaveze fer kockanja
- ugovorne obaveze
- standardi zaštite igrača
Štaviše, retroaktivna konfiskacija dobitaka tokom perioda od nekoliko meseci, bez transparentnih i proverljivih dokaza, nije prihvatljiva ni u jednom razumnom regulatornom okviru.
Stoga formalno zahtevam:
- Potpuna restauracija i isplata mog preostalog iznosa (595.000€), ILI
- Kompletni i nezavisno proverljivi dokazi o navodnom kvaru, uključujući:
- kompletne tehničke evidencije
- overena izjava od Belatra Games
- detaljno objašnjenje svih pogođenih opklada
- objašnjenje neovlašćenih transakcija
Molimo vas da imate u vidu da je ovaj slučaj već u pripremi za eskalaciju i podnošenje zvanične žalbe na adresu:
- Uprava za licenciranje e-kockanje na Kurasau
- Nezavisne platforme za sporove (uključujući Casino Guru)
- Relevantni pravni kanali
Ako ne dobijem zadovoljavajući i obrazložen odgovor u roku od 7 dana, nastaviću bez daljeg obaveštenja.
Sva komunikacija, dokazi i nedoslednosti su dokumentovani.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I hereby issue a formal and final notice regarding the confiscation of my account balance, totaling approximately €595,000, on your platform (0x.bet), related to the game Mummyland.
Based on your own communication, it has been acknowledged that:
- the issue originated from the game provider (Belatra Games)
- a technical issue caused bets to be duplicated unintentionally
However, your actions in response to this alleged issue are disproportionate, unjustified, and raise serious legal concerns.
I explicitly state the following:
1. All bets were accepted and processed normally within your platform
2. No error or malfunction warning was displayed during gameplay
3. My account balance was clearly shown and available for withdrawal
4. A withdrawal request was submitted prior to any claim of malfunction
5. My balance was subsequently removed without consent
6. I was informed that multiple high-value bets (€10,000 each) were placed without my authorization
The above constitutes a potential breach of:
- fair gaming obligations
- contractual obligations
- player protection standards
Furthermore, the retroactive confiscation of winnings over a period of several months, without transparent and verifiable evidence, is not acceptable under any reasonable regulatory framework.
