Što se tiče situacije: klijent je osvojio £1642, ali je bonus automatski zadužen na maksimalni dobitak koji je naveden u sistemu za ovaj bonus. Pošto je postojao pravi problem, trebalo nam je vremena da ga razmotrimo, klijent nam je ponudio da mu kreditiramo 2000 funti sa k3 klađenjem kao kompenzaciju za rešavanje ovog problema (snimci ekrana na kojima on nudi ovo su vam poslati e-poštom radi autentičnosti), složili smo se i kreditirali klijentu 2000 funti sa k3 opkladom.
Takođe bih želeo da vas obavestim da nakon što je klijent uložio ovaj bonus, imao je £1863,67 na svom saldu, koje je mogao da podigne, ali ga je izgubio.
Verujemo da je situacija rešena sa klijentom, pošto smo se mi i klijent zajedno dogovorili oko ovog rešenja.

As for the situation: the client won £1642, but the bonus was automatically debited to the maximum winnings specified in the system for this bonus. Since there was a real issue, we needed time to consider it, the client offered us to credit him £2000 with x3 wagering as compensation to solve this issue (screenshots of him offering this were sent to you by email for authenticity), we agreed and credited the client £2000 with x3 wagering.
I would also like to inform you that after the client wagered this bonus, he had £1863.67 on his balance, which he could withdraw, but he lost it.
We believe that the situation has been resolved with the client, as we and the client agreed on this resolution together.
