Podnosim ovu žalbu zbog nerazumnog kašnjenja u isplati mog dobitka od 1.200 funti (dva čekanja na isplatu: 300 funti od 2. decembra i 900 funti od 3. decembra).

Verifikovan sam: Uspešno sam povukao novac iz ovog kazina ranije (28. novembra). Moja kartica za verifikaciju prikazuje sve odobrene dokumente sa zelenim oznakama.
Moj nalog je čist: Izgubio/la sam sve bonuse. Moj novčanik prikazuje „Zaključano bonusom: 0 GBP". Ovi dobici su od uplata gotovine.
Kazino odugovlači: Dobio sam suprotstavljene izgovore (Optemeljenje posla > Tehnički problem > Verifikacija > Tehnički problem).

I am filing this complaint due to an unreasonable delay in paying out my winnings of £1,200 (two pending withdrawals: £300 from Dec 2nd and £900 from Dec 3rd).

I am Verified: I have successfully withdrawn from this casino before (Nov 28th). My verification tab shows all documents approved with green checkmarks.
My Account is Clean: I forfeited all bonuses. My wallet shows "Locked by bonus: 0 GBP". These winnings are from cash deposits.
The Casino is Stalling: I have been given conflicting excuses (Workload > Technical Issue > Verification > Technical Issue).
The Evidence of False Claims:
The VIP Manager claimed via email that "technical issues affect ALL payment methods." However, I have attached proof that:
Deposits are working fine: Their deposit screen shows Visa, Revolut, and Crypto are all active.
Alternative Methods Exist: My transaction history shows they have previously paid me via "Santeda International" and "Mifinity." They have the ability to pay manually but refused my offer to switch methods.
