Vodacom M-Pesa je zvanično potvrdio da je plaćanje uspešno izvršeno i da je izvršeno kod trgovca: MOTLEY ENTERPRISES LTD
Već sam naveo/la:
snimci ekrana transakcija,
potvrda plaćanja,
i sve tražene detalje.
Podrška za 1win je kreirala zahtev broj SPP-118529, ali posle više od dve nedelje još uvek nisam dobio:
sredstva,
povraćaj novca,
ili jasan vremenski okvir za rešavanje.
Većina odgovora podrške bili su ponavljajući automatizovani odgovori u kojima se navodi da se problem „obrađuje".
Objavljujem ovu žalbu javno jer je telekomunikacioni operater već potvrdio trgovcu uspešno poravnanje, ali problem ostaje nerešen.

I already provided:

payment confirmation,
and all requested details.
1win support created request number SPP-118529, but after more than two weeks, I still have not received:
the funds,
a refund,
or a clear resolution timeframe.
Most responses from support have been repetitive automated replies saying the issue is "being processed".
I am posting this complaint publicly because the telecom provider already confirmed successful settlement to the merchant side, yet the issue remains unresolved.
