Želeo bih da razjasnim jednu važnu stvar, jer najnovija izjava kazina ne odražava stvarnost moje situacije.
Sada je sasvim jasno da kazino koristi taktike odugovlačenja i kontradiktornu komunikaciju.
Kao što sam napomenuo od samog početka ove žalbe, s poštovanjem sam i više puta tražio podatke o mojim igrama od kazina više od mesec dana — čak i pre nego što sam otvorio žalbu. Moji zahtevi nisu bili preterani ili nerazumni. Najmanje što sam tražio jeste osnovne informacije kao što je istorija igre koja prikazuje svaku rundu i njen ishod, što je obično standardno i lako dostupno na većini platformi.
Kazino je eksplicitno odbio da pruži ove informacije. Čak su odbili da pruže i nešto tako osnovno kao što je istorija igre rundu po rundu.
Da bi bio potpuno transparentan:
Više puta sam pokušao da pristupim bilo kojoj istoriji igara direktno sa svog naloga, ali ne postoji opcija koja prikazuje detaljne rezultate ili runde za Avia Masters. Takođe sam pružio sve dokaze koji potvrđuju ono što sam rekao na početku žalbe.
Kada sam kontaktirao podršku i pitao o svojoj istoriji igara, prvi odgovor je bio da takvi podaci postoje.
Kada sam odgovorio i objasnio da takvi podaci nisu vidljivi na mom nalogu, odgovor se promenio u „proverićemo sa tehničkim timom".
Nakon ove „provere", obavešten sam da nažalost nema dostupne istorije igara za ovu konkretnu igru.
Ovaj obrazac se ponovio više puta.
Sada, kazino tvrdi da ja lično imam pristup svojim logovima igara, što je direktno u suprotnosti sa njihovim prethodnim i ponovljenim odbijanjima da mi dostave ove podatke. Ovo takođe protivreči mom stvarnom iskustvu unutar naloga.
Pored toga, ranije u ovom slučaju, kazino vas je obavestio da su poslali „informacije" na vašu imejl adresu na pregled. Kao što sada vidimo, ta imejl adresa nije sadržala ništa više od odbijanja da se dostave logovi — ne stvarni dokazi, ne logovi i ne transparentnost.
Ovo pokazuje dosledan obrazac izbegavanja:
Prvo, tvrdeći da su vam logovi poslati (kada nisu),
Zatim odbijanje da se direktno dostave logovi,
A sada tvrditi da igrač ima pristup, što je činjenično netačno.
Uprkos svemu ovome, i zato što iskreno verujem da saradnja vodi rešenju, još jednom sam spreman da formalno zatražim logove svojih igara direktno od kazina putem njihove zvanične e-pošte, kao što ste predložili.
Međutim, moram biti jasan i odlučan:
Moj zahtev je jednostavan i ne zahteva nikakvo manevrisanje ili dvosmislenost.
Ili:
Kazino dokazuje transparentnost i fer igru pružanjem proverljivih podataka o igri u razumnom vremenskom roku,
Ili,
Ako to ne urade, trebalo bi ozbiljno da razmotre rešavanje ovog slučaja rešavanjem ozbiljne štete koju sam pretrpeo kao rezultat ove situacije.
Ovaj slučaj nosi ozbiljne optužbe, a kontinuirano izbegavanje samo pojačava zabrinutosti iznete u žalbi.
Cenim vaše vreme i pažnju i spreman sam da pružim snimke ekrana i dodatne dokaze koji pokazuju da nemam pristup bilo kojoj istoriji igara sa mog naloga. Takođe ću im SADA ponovo poslati imejl, tražeći ove informacije i poslaću vam njihove odgovore.

Thank you for your response and for continuing to handle this case.
I would like to clarify an important point, as the casino’s latest statement does not reflect the reality of my situation.
It is now very clear that the casino is engaging in delaying tactics and contradictory communication.
As I mentioned from the very beginning of this complaint, I have respectfully and repeatedly requested my game data from the casino for over a month — even before opening the complaint. My requests were not excessive or unreasonable. At the very minimum, I asked for basic information such as the game history showing each round and its outcome, which is normally standard and easily accessible on most platforms.
The casino explicitly refused to provide this information. They even refused to provide something as basic as the round-by-round history of the game.
To be fully transparent:
I have tried multiple times to access any form of game history directly from my account, but there is no option that shows detailed results or rounds for Avia Masters, Also i have provided all the evidences that proofs What iam saying at the beggining of the Complaint.
When I contacted support and asked about my game history, the initial response was that such data exists.
Once I replied and explained that no such data is visible in my account, the response changed to "we will check with the technical team."
After this "check," I was informed that unfortunately there is no game history available for this specific game.
This pattern has repeated multiple times.
Now, the casino is stating that I personally have access to my game logs, which directly contradicts their previous and repeated refusals to provide this data to me. This also contradicts my actual experience inside the account.
Additionally, earlier in this case, the casino informed you that they had sent "information" to your email for review. As we now see, that email contained nothing more than a refusal to provide logs — not actual evidence, not logs, and not transparency.
This shows a consistent pattern of evasion:
First, claiming logs were sent to you (when they were not),
Then refusing to provide logs directly,
And now claiming that the player has access, which is factually incorrect.
Despite all this, and because I genuinely believe that cooperation leads to resolution, I am once again willing to formally request my game logs directly from the casino via their official email, as you suggested.
However, I must also be clear and firm:
My request is simple and does not require any maneuvering or ambiguity.
Either:
The casino proves the transparency and fairness of the game by providing verifiable game data within a reasonable timeframe,
Or,
If they fail to do so, they should seriously consider resolving this case by addressing the severe damage I suffered as a result of this situation.
This case carries serious allegations, and continued avoidance only reinforces the concerns raised in the complaint.
I appreciate your time and attention, and I am ready to provide screenshots and further evidence demonstrating the lack of access to any game history from my account, i will also email them again NOW , asking for these information and will send you their replies
