Želim da podnesem žalbu protiv 1win kazina.
Moj nalog je blokiran nakon što sam uplatio depozit i pošteno igrao. Prošao sam potpunu verifikaciju i dostavio sva tražena dokumenta.
Kazino me je optužio za probleme sa plaćanjem, ali nisam primio nikakva druga sredstva, a sve moje prave depozite sam lično uplatio. Možda je bilo 1-2 slučaja gde sam greškom potvrdio plaćanje bez njegovog završetka, ali nije bilo namere da se prekrše bilo koja pravila.
Od 7. marta pokušavam da dobijem konačan odgovor, ali kazino stalno odugovlači i ne daje jasnu odluku. Kontaktirao sam podršku više puta, ali me ignorišu.
Moj saldo je 44.000 RUB i zahtevam pravednu reviziju mog slučaja i povlačenje mojih sredstava.

My account was blocked after I made a deposit and played honestly. I have passed full verification and provided all requested documents.
The casino accused me of payment issues, but I did not receive any чужие средства, and all my real deposits were paid by me personally. There may have been 1–2 cases where I mistakenly confirmed payment without completing it, but there was no intention to violate any rules.
Since March 7, I have been trying to get a final response, but the casino keeps delaying and does not provide a clear decision. I have contacted support multiple times, but I am being ignored.
