Želeo bih da podelim važnu informaciju u vezi sa mojom situacijom, za koju verujem da je relevantna za ovaj slučaj i da vam može pomoći da razumete celu sliku.
Iako se ova žalba odnosi na moj blokirani 1win nalog, isti problem se sada dogodio i mom mužu.
Pre nekoliko dana, moj muž je pokušao da izvrši podizanje kriptovaluta sa svog ličnog 1win naloga. Baš kao što se desilo sa mnom ranije, prvo je dobio imejl u kojem se tražilo da završi verifikaciju.
Uspešno je završio verifikaciju, verifikacija je odobrena — i odmah nakon toga, njegov nalog je takođe blokiran, bez ikakvog objašnjenja.
Šablon je potpuno isti kao u mom slučaju:
Zahtevano povlačenje
Primljena je verifikaciona e-pošta
Verifikacija završena i odobrena
Nalog je iznenada blokiran

Pored toga, želim da razjasnim jedan važan detalj:
Moj muž i ja smo dve potpuno različite osobe, sa odvojenim identitetima, odvojenim dokumentima i odvojenim računima.
Međutim, pošto živimo u istoj kući i oboje se igramo opušteno, ponekad kada se jedan od naših telefona puni ili smo sa decom, prijavljivali bismo se na svoje naloge sa telefona onog drugog.
To je bila samo povremena pogodnost — ne bilo kakva nepravedna aktivnost.
Uprkos tome, oba naša naloga su blokirana prema klauzuli 9.7, koja pominje višestruko korišćenje naloga ili prevarne aktivnosti.
Ali nijedno od nas nikada nije koristilo višestruke naloge, botove, softvere ili bilo šta nepravedno. Koristili smo samo svoje individualne naloge.
Činjenica da su oba naloga blokirana na isti način, nakon verifikacije i tokom čekanja na povlačenje sredstava, navodi me na pomisao da je možda došlo do nekog nesporazuma ili sumnje vezane za sistem koja je uticala na oba naloga.

I would like to share an important update regarding my situation, which I believe is relevant to this case and may help you understand the full picture.
While this complaint is about my own blocked 1win account, the exact same issue has now happened to my husband as well.
A few days ago, my husband attempted to make a crypto withdrawal from his own personal 1win account. Just like what happened with me earlier, he first received an email asking him to complete verification.
He completed the verification successfully, the verification was approved — and immediately after that, his account was also blocked, without any explanation.
The pattern is exactly the same as my case:
Withdrawal requested
Verification email received
Verification completed and approved
Account suddenly blocked
Funds stuck
Additionally, I want to clarify one important detail:
My husband and I are two completely different individuals, with separate identities, separate documents, and separate accounts.
However, because we live in the same house and both play casually, sometimes when one of our phones is charging or with our kids, we would log into our own accounts from each other's phone.
This was only occasional convenience — not any kind of unfair activity.
Despite this, both of our accounts were blocked under clause 9.7, which mentions multi-accounting or fraudulent activity.
But neither of us has ever used any multi-account, bot, software, or anything unfair. We only used our own individual accounts.
The fact that both accounts were blocked in the same way, after verification and during a pending withdrawal, makes me feel that there may be some misunderstanding or system-related suspicion that affected both accounts.
I am sharing this because I believe it is important for you to have the complete context while communicating with 1win.
