Veoma sam razočaran načinom na koji je 1xBet rešio moj problem sa depozitom od 10.000 ₹.
1. aprila 2025. godine, 10.000 ₹ je uplaćeno putem UPI-ja na račun koji je kasnije suspendovan zbog dupliranja KYC-a (povezan sa Aadhaar-om). Taj račun je spojen sa mojim trenutnim — ali depozit izvršen neposredno pre spajanja nikada nije kreditiran.
Podneo sam sve dokaze, uključujući UPI ID transakcije, ali podrška stalno prikazuje „nije pronađena transakcija". Stranica za žalbe Kurasaa ne radi, a 1xBet ne preuzima odgovornost.
Ovo nije prihvatljivo od licenciranog operatera. Javno ću ovo podneti dok se problem ne reši.

I am seriously disappointed with 1xBet's handling of my ₹10,000 deposit issue.
On April 1, 2025, ₹10,000 was deposited via UPI into an account that was later suspended due to KYC duplication (linked Aadhaar). That account was merged into my current one — but the deposit made just before the merge was never credited.
I have submitted all proof, including UPI transaction ID, but support keeps saying "no transaction found." Curaçao's complaint page isn’t working, and 1xBet is not taking accountability.
This is not acceptable from a licensed operator. I’m escalating this publicly until the issue is resolved.
