20.000 dirhama 4. novembra
180.000 DZD 13. novembra, nakon što je upit br. 9517057 zvanično rešen.
Ovim se potvrđuje da je depozit završen i da je problem rešen.
Nakon toga, normalno sam koristio svoj nalog: igrao sam, postavio akumulatorsku opkladu (№72761489349), dobio opkladu, pa čak i uspešno podigao 40.000 dirhama. Sve je funkcionisalo normalno, što je pokazivalo da je depozit važeći.
Međutim, ubrzo nakon što sam primio preostalih 180.000 DZD, više od 110.000 DZD sa mog stanja + moj dobitak je iznenada blokirano/rezervisano bez ikakvog obaveštenja ili novog upita.
Podrška uživo mi je rekla:

My deposit of 200,000 DZD was actually received correctly but in two parts:
20,000 DZD on November 4
180,000 DZD on November 13, after query №9517057 was officially resolved.
This confirms that the deposit was complete and the issue was closed.
After that, I used my account normally: I played, placed an accumulator bet (№72761489349), won the bet, and even made a successful 40,000 DZD withdrawal. Everything worked normally, showing that the deposit was valid.
However, shortly after receiving the remaining 180,000 DZD, more than 110,000 DZD of my balance + my winnings were suddenly blocked/reserved without any notification or new query.
Live support told me:
"Any money in your account will be blocked until we recover the mistakenly credited amount."
This is incorrect, because the deposit was already confirmed and resolved, and the total I received matches exactly what I sent.
Now almost 150,000 DZD is frozen with no explanation.
This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
