30. maja u 02:59 (KST), primio sam zvaničnu e-poštu od odeljenja za bezbednost 1xBet u kojoj se navodi da se moj nalog zatvara zbog njihove konačne odluke, ali da je povlačenje preostalog iznosa uspešno „ODOBRENO i ZAVRŠENO".
Međutim, prošlo je više od 85 sati, a nikakva sredstva nisu prebačena na moj verifikovani bankovni račun. Proverio sam izvod iz banke i nema transakcije od 1xBet-a. Kada sam poslao dodatni imejl sa zahtevom za moja sredstva, podrška 1xBet-a je iznenada promenila stav i odgovorila: „Nema više dostupnog iznosa za isplatu."
Ovo je jasno kršenje zaštite sredstava igrača. Spustili su stanje na mom računu na nulu na svom serveru pod izgovorom „isplata završena", ali odbijaju da zapravo prebace novac na moj bankovni račun.
Zabeleženo je da je 1xBet uspešno obradio prethodno povlačenje 50.000 KRW na moj potpuno isti račun u Woori banci 28. maja. Ovo dokazuje da već imaju moje tačne, verifikovane i potpuno funkcionalne bankovne podatke. Sa moje strane apsolutno nema tehničke greške; ovo je namerna konfiskacija imovine od strane operatera.
Molim Casino.guru da interveniše, istraži ovu kontradikciju i naloži 1xBet-u da odmah vrati mojih legitimnih 301.358 KRW.

On May 30th at 02:59 (KST), I received an official email from the 1xBet security department stating that my account was being closed due to their final decision, but my remaining balance withdrawal was "APPROVED and COMPLETED" successfully.
However, over 85 hours have passed, and no funds have been transferred to my verified bank account. I have checked my bank statement, and there is zero transaction from 1xBet. When I sent a follow-up email demanding my funds, 1xBet support suddenly changed their stance and replied, "There is no more amount available for withdrawal."
This is a clear violation of player fund protection. They stripped my account balance to zero on their server under the guise of "withdrawal completed" but are refusing to actually transfer the cash to my bank.
For the record, 1xBet successfully processed a previous withdrawal of 50,000 KRW to my exact same Woori Bank account on May 28th. This proves that they already have my correct, verified, and fully working banking details. There is absolutely no technical error from my side; this is an intentional asset confiscation by the operator.
I request Casino.guru to intervene, investigate this contradiction, and mandate 1xBet to release my legitimate 301,358 KRW immediately.
