I have been facing a serious withdrawal issue with my 1xBet account for almost a month, and despite providing extensive proof, the problem remains unresolved. On 9 May 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 49,700 INR from my 1xBet account via bank transfer to my Slice Bank account from India. The platform marked this withdrawal as "Successful" and provided a UTR reference number. However, my bank has officially confirmed that this UTR does not exist, is invalid, and is completely untraceable on the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) processing network.
To verify this, I contacted Slice Bank, and they clearly stated that the given UTR is not found anywhere in their system or on the NPCI network, and they advised me to contact the sender’s bank because they are unable to trace the transaction. I have already successfully withdrawn 35,500 INR to this same bank account on the previous day, 8 May 2026, which was received without any issue, proving that my bank details are correct and functional.
In order to cooperate fully with 1xBet, I have repeatedly contacted their support for about a month and submitted every document they requested. I provided a full 30‑day PDF bank statement, a video recording from another phone clearly showing my transaction history, and an official email from my bank’s domain confirming that the supplied UTR is untraceable and that no such transaction has reached my account. Despite all this, the 49,700 INR has neither been credited to my bank account nor reversed back to my 1xBet balance, and for the last 48 hours customer support has completely stopped responding to my emails.
Given the combination of a "successful" status on 1xBet, a UTR that my bank and NPCI confirm does not exist, and the refusal of support to move forward despite overwhelming evidence, this situation feels completely fraudulent and unacceptable. I strongly believe that the UTR provided by the operator is spoofed or fake and that this is being used to delay or avoid paying out my legitimate winnings.
I demand an immediate and transparent resolution. I would like to provide an important update regarding my complaint.
While my ₹49,700 withdrawal dispute was still unresolved, my 1xBet account suddenly became inaccessible.
Shortly before this happened, I was contacted on Telegram by a person claiming to be from the 1xBet Payments Team. I blocked him because I found him suspicious, The person stated that they had the ability to block my account and later claimed that they were the one who had blocked it. I never shared my password, OTP, email access, or any login credentials with this person.
After my account became inaccessible, I contacted 1xBet support. I have now received an official email from 1xBet stating that my account has been blocked due to "gambling addiction."
I would like to make it clear that:
• I never requested self-exclusion.
• I never requested account closure.
• I never informed 1xBet that I suffer from gambling addiction.
• I never authorized any third party to request restrictions on my account.
I have already contacted both the security team and the block team and requested an explanation, evidence for this restriction, and a review of the decision.

They're not giving any proof of the transaction, I have provided everything they asked & when I did they started sending same automated responses. They're not raising ticket in sender's bank, they have started ignoring evidences because they just want to copy paste same template.
