Da, dostavio sam sva dokumenta pre 14 dana. Imaju moj pasoš i vozačku dozvolu. Kažu da će na kraju stići do toga, ali 2 nedelje je dug period.
Dakle, ne odgovaraju putem imejla, a u ćaskanju uživo mi kažu da pošaljem imejl jer ne mogu da mi pomognu. Stalno mi govore da treba da aktiviram imejl, ali nikada ne dobijem imejl i oni ne mogu da mi pomognu.
Mislio sam da ne mogu da podignem novac jer KYC nije završen, ali sada kada pokušam da podignem novac, piše da moram da podignem novac na isti način na koji sam uplatio, ali sam uplatio putem Interact Transfer-a i to nije dostupno na stranici za podizanje.
Pokušao/la sam da uplatim novac pomoću Vise i elektronskog novčanika, a zatim da ga podignem, ali ni to ne radi. Zato samo čekam. Izgleda da mi drže novac.
Yeah I provided all the documents 14 days ago. They have my passport and my driver license. They tell they will eventually get to it but 2 weeks is a long time.
So they don't answer by email and in live chat they tell me to send email because they cant help me. They keep telling me I need to activate my email but I never receive the email and they can't help.
I tought I couldn't withdraw because KYC isn't completed but now when I try to withdraw it says I have to withdraw the same way I deposited but I deposited by Interact Transfer and it isn't availlable in the withdraw page.
I tried to deposit with visa and an e-wallet and withdraw after but it doesn't work either. So i'm just waiting. Seems like they are holding my money.
