Moj depozit od 95.000 ARS poslat vašem agentu za plaćanje Eriki Johani Mojano nikada nije uplaćen na moj 1xSlots račun. Prošla su dva dana, a još uvek nisu rešili problem. Čak su me naterali da se snimim kako se prijavljujem na Mercado Pago i da im sve pokažem na telefonu, znajući da sam godinama kupac i da uvek uplaćujem novac istim putem. Istog dana, 10. juna, ne samo da sam izvršio taj depozit koji još uvek nije uplaćen, već i nekoliko drugih, a ostatak je prošao bez ikakvih problema.
Ali mi zadaju toliko problema da više ne znam šta da mislim o ovom kazinu. Podrška za plaćanje je neverovatno spora u odgovoru, a agent za plaćanje koga pružaju neće da preuzme odgovornost za MOJ NOVAC. Zahtevam nadoknadu, barem povraćaj novca ili trenutni kredit na moj račun... Način na koji se odnose prema svojim mušterijama je sraman. Kakav način da padnu tako nisko

Mí depósito de 95.000ARs enviados a su agente de pago Erika Johana Moyano jamás se depoaitó en mí cuenta de 1xSlots. Llevo ya dos días sin que me solucionen el incoveniente. Me hicieron hasta grabar como entraba a mercado pago y mostrarles todo mí celular , sabiendo que soy cliente de años y que siempre deposito por el mismo medio . Ese mismo día , el 10/06, no solo hice ese depósito que aún no me acreditan sino varios más y el resto sin ningún problema .
Pero me están dando muchas vueltas y ya no se que pensar de este casino. El soporte de pagos responde tardisimo y la agente de pagos que ellos proporcionan no se hace cargo de MI DINERO. Exijo una compensación como mínimo devolverme los fondos o que se acrediten de manera urgente ... Una vergüenza el.trato hacía sus clientes. Que manera de caer tan bajo
