Pregledali smo slučaj i želeli bismo da razjasnimo situaciju.
Igrač je registrovao nalog koristeći imejl adresu hise***@gmail.com dana 18.05.2023. Sledećeg dana, 19.05.2023, kreiran je još jedan nalog sa drugom imejl adresom, hyse***@gmail.com.
Prema našim Uslovima i odredbama, kreiranje više naloga nije dozvoljeno. Ova informacija je takođe dostavljena igraču putem e-pošte.
Iz tog razloga, duplirani nalog je zatvoren, dobici su poništeni u skladu sa našim pravilima, a preostali iznos je vraćen.

We have reviewed the case and would like to clarify the situation.
The player registered an account using the email address hise***@gmail.com on 18.05.2023. The next day, on 19.05.2023, another account was created with a different email address, hyse***@gmail.com.
According to our Terms and Conditions, creating multiple accounts is not allowed. This information was also provided to the player by email.
For this reason, the duplicate account was closed, the winnings were voided in line with our rules, and the remaining balance was refunded.
