Hitno – Uplata RS 2300 je zadužena, ali nije uplaćena na moj račun

Pišem Vam da bih Vam odmah skrenuo pažnju na problem u vezi sa plaćanjem koje sam izvršio pre oko 15 dana. Iznos je uspešno skinut sa mog bankovnog računa u vreme transakcije, ali još uvek nije uplaćen na moj račun. Ovo kašnjenje je izazvalo neprijatnosti i molim Vas za hitnu pomoć u njegovom rešavanju.
Da jasno objasnim problem:
Na dan transakcije, izvršio/la sam uplatu preko moje banke i iznos je odmah skinut, što je potvrđeno na mom bankovnom izvodu. Međutim, uprkos tome što je uplata obrađena na strani moje banke, stanje na mom računu nije ažurirano. Prošlo je otprilike 15 dana, što je daleko duže od uobičajenog vremena obrade za takve transakcije.
Ljubazno Vas molim da potvrdite ovu uplatu sa Vaše strane i da u skladu sa tim ažurirate stanje na mom računu. Ako uplata nije primljena zbog tehničkog problema, molim Vas da me uputite o potrebnim koracima kako bi se problem rešio što pre.
Takođe sam spreman da pružim sve potrebne dokaze kao što su snimak ekrana ili PDF izvoda iz banke kako bih podržao proces verifikacije.

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account at the time of the transaction, but it has still not been credited to my account. This delay has caused inconvenience, and I request your urgent assistance in resolving it.
To explain the issue clearly:
On the day of the transaction, I completed the payment through my bank, and the amount was deducted instantly, as confirmed in my bank statement. However, despite the payment being processed on my bank’s side, the balance in my account has not been updated. It has now been approximately 15 days, which is far beyond the usual processing time for such transactions.
I kindly request you to verify this payment from your end and update my account balance accordingly. If the payment has not been received due to a technical issue, please guide me on the required steps so that the matter can be resolved at the earliest.
