Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu protiv 22Bet u vezi sa oduzimanjem mog dobitka (17978,25 PLN).
Moj nalog je zatvoren nakon što sam zatražio povlačenje novca. Operator me je optužio da imam dupli nalog, ali nije pružio nikakve dokaze koji bi potkrepili ovu tvrdnju.
Više puta sam tražio dokaze, pojašnjenja i detalje navodnog kršenja, ali sam dobijao samo generičke odgovore. Nakon što je podneo zvaničnu žalbu, operater je potpuno prestao da odgovara.
Takođe je važno da mi je bilo dozvoljeno da uplaćujem sredstva i postavljam opklade bez ikakvih ograničenja. Pitanje je pokrenuto tek nakon mog zahteva za isplatu, što ukazuje na nepravednu i selektivnu primenu.
Molim ili:
- puna isplata mog dobitka,
ili
- jasni i proverljivi dokazi koji potkrepljuju optužbu.

I would like to file a complaint against 22Bet regarding the confiscation of my winnings ( 17978.25 PLN).
My account was closed after I requested a withdrawal. The operator accused me of having a duplicate account, but has failed to provide any evidence to support this claim.
I repeatedly requested proof, clarification, and details of the alleged violation, but received only generic responses. After submitting a formal complaint, the operator stopped responding completely.
It is also important that I was allowed to deposit and place bets without any restriction. The issue was raised only after my withdrawal request, which suggests unfair and selective enforcement.
I am requesting either:
- full payment of my winnings,
or
- clear and verifiable evidence supporting the accusation.
I am ready to provide all supporting documents.
