Želeo bih da pružim poslednje informacije u vezi sa mojim slučajem.
Uprkos čekanju duže od 14 dana, pa čak i nakon otkazivanja početnog zahteva za isplatu, pokušao sam više manjih isplata, uključujući i veoma male iznose. Međutim, sve one ostaju u statusu „Na čekanju" čak i nakon više od 48 sati.
Jasno je da ovo nije normalno kašnjenje. Drugi korisnici primaju svoje isplate.
u roku od nekoliko sati, dok se u mom slučaju svaki zahtev stalno odlaže. Ovo snažno ukazuje na to da je moj nalog posebno ograničen za povlačenje sredstava.
Pored toga, platforma je menjala domene i preusmeravala korisnike na različite veb stranice i aplikacije, što izaziva ozbiljnu zabrinutost u vezi sa njenom legitimnošću.
Ne postoji odgovarajuća korisnička podrška, a svi komunikacioni kanali su ili neodgovorni ili nedostupni.
U ovom trenutku, izgleda da kazino namerno drži moja sredstva i ne dozvoljava nikakvo povlačenje.
Ljubazno vas molim da ovaj slučaj dalje eskalirate i preduzmete neophodne mere, jer nisam u mogućnosti da povratim svoja sredstva na uobičajen način.

I would like to provide a final update regarding my case.
Despite waiting for more than 14 days and even after cancelling my initial withdrawal request, I have tried multiple smaller withdrawals, including very small amounts. However, all of them remain in "Pending" status even after more than 48 hours.
It is clear that this is not a normal delay. Other users are receiving their withdrawals
within a few hours, while in my case, every request is being consistently delayed. This strongly indicates that my account has been specifically restricted from withdrawing funds.
Additionally, the platform has been changing domains and redirecting users to different websites and apps, which raises serious concerns about its legitimacy.
There is no proper customer support, and all communication channels are either unresponsive or unavailable.
At this point, it appears that the casino is intentionally holding my funds and not allowing any withdrawals.
I kindly request you to escalate this case further and take necessary action, as I am unable to recover my funds through normal means.
