Veoma mi je žao, ali nakon temeljne procene vaše žalbe, moramo zaključiti da nismo u mogućnosti da vam pružimo pomoć koju ste očekivali.
Nažalost, ne postoje jasni dokazi da su vaša sredstva zaista uplaćena u 4raBet kazino . Transakcije prikazane na vašem bankovnom izvodu ne potvrđuju da je novac stigao do kazina. Tokom našeg testiranja, otkrili smo da se depoziti pojavljuju u odeljku istorije depozita kazina bez obzira na to da li je UPI ID/UTR ispravno unet - što znači da se može poslati bilo koja vrednost, a transakcija će i dalje biti prikazana kao „ u obradi ".
Razumem da ste naveli podudarne datume i vremena između vašeg PhonePe izveštaja i istorije depozita kazina. Međutim, samo to ne služi kao dokaz, jer se takva podudaranja mogu stvoriti jednostavnim slanjem obrasca za depozit sa UTR-om koji je već korišćen na drugoj platformi.
Vaš problem zaista može biti iskren, ali s obzirom na nedostatak dovoljnih dokaza, ne možemo pozvati kazino na odgovornost. Bez jasnog dokaza o njihovom propustu, nismo u mogućnosti da podržimo vašu tvrdnju.
Iz tog razloga, moram da odbijem vašu žalbu.

I am very sorry, but after a thorough evaluation of your complaint, we must conclude that we are unable to provide the assistance you were hoping for.
Unfortunately, there is no clear evidence that your funds were actually deposited into 4raBet Casino. The transactions shown on your bank statement do not confirm that the money reached the casino. During our testing, we found that deposits appear in the casino’s deposit history section regardless of whether the UPI ID/UTR is entered correctly - meaning any value can be submitted and the transaction will still show as "in processing".
I understand that you provided matching dates and times between your PhonePe report and the casino’s deposit history. However, this alone does not serve as proof, since such matches could be created by simply submitting the deposit form with a UTR that was already used on another platform.
Your issue may indeed be genuine, but given the lack of sufficient evidence, we cannot hold the casino accountable. Without clear proof of failure on their part, we are unable to support your claim.
For this reason, I must reject your complaint.
