Obe moje banke (ICICI i Jio Payments Bank) su zvanično potvrdile da su ova sredstva USPEŠNO uplaćena i PLAĆENA na račun trgovca. Dostavio sam 4rabet zvanična pisma o rešenju banke (UTR: 614111071067, 039945058880, 145470462708, 601549589201, 021431752716, 936477289369).
Uprkos 40 dana praćenja i dostavljanja kompletnih bankovnih izvoda koji dokazuju da nije primljen povraćaj novca, podrška 4rabet-a stalno daje šablonske odgovore o „internoj reviziji". Oni ignorišu zvanične bankarske dokaze. Molim Casino Guru da posreduje u ovom slučaju.

I am reporting a missing deposit issue with 4rabet. I made multiple deposits on March 27, 2026, totaling ₹15,750.
Both my banks (ICICI and Jio Payments Bank) have officially confirmed that these funds were SUCCESSFUL and SETTLED to the merchant's account. I have provided 4rabet with the official bank resolution letters (UTRs: 614111071067, 039945058880, 145470462708, 601549589201, 021431752716, 936477289369).
Despite 40 days of follow-up and providing full bank statements proving no refund was received, 4rabet support keeps giving template replies about 'internal review.' They are ignoring official bank evidence. I request Casino Guru to mediate this case.

Najfrustrirajući deo je to što podrška 4rabet-a stalno menja njihovu priču:
Dana 22. aprila su me zamolili da sačekam do 30. aprila za automatski povraćaj novca. (Povraćaj novca nije primljen).
Sada tvrde da provajder plaćanja i dalje „vrši verifikaciju", iako sam dostavio potvrdu o poravnanju koja dokazuje da je verifikacija završena na nivou banke 27. marta.
Čak su označili UTR: 021431752716 kao „Neuspešno" u svom sistemu, dok zvanična rezolucija moje banke (SR: 7111631) potvrđuje da im je USPEŠNO poslat.
3. Priloženi dokazi
Prilažem kombinovani PDF/fasciklu koja sadrži:
Istorija depozita sa mog 4rabet naloga prikazuje da su oni „Neuspešni" ili „Odbijeni".

The most frustrating part is that 4rabet's support keeps changing their story:
On April 22nd, they asked me to wait until April 30th for an automatic refund. (No refund received).
Now, they claim the payment provider is still 'verifying,' even though I have provided the Settlement Certificate which proves the verification was completed at the bank level on March 27th.
They even marked UTR: 021431752716 as 'Failed' in their system, while my bank’s official resolution (SR: 7111631) confirms it was SUCCESSFULLY sent to them.

I am attaching a Combined PDF/Folder containing:
The Deposit History from my 4rabet account showing these as 'Unsuccessful' or 'Rejected'.
The Jio Bank Resolution Letter showing all 5 UTRs as 'Success'.

My Bank Statements (March 27 - May 5) showing no incoming refund for these amounts.

Ovo je potpuna manipulacija činjenicama jer:
Ne prikazujem samo redovne bankovne izvode; dostavio sam zvanične potvrde o poravnanju banke (sa eksplicitnim statusom uspeha) od ICICI i Jio Payments banke.
Banka legalno izdaje potvrdu o poravnanju SAMO kada je novac uspešno primljen na bankovni račun trgovca.
Ako je novac napustio moju banku, stigao na njihov bankovni račun i nikada mi nije vraćen (što dokazuju moji svakodnevno ažurirani izvodi), onda kazino nezakonito drži mojih 15.750 ₹.
Status „Neuspešan" internog sistema 4rabet-a je potpuno irelevantan kada zvanični podaci centralne banke dokazuju „Uspešan". Kriju se iza svog provajdera plaćanja kako bi mi ukrali sredstva.
Molim vas da pregledate ovo najnovije odbijanje od strane kazina i preduzmete stroge mere protiv njih. Već sam vam poštom dostavio sve zvanične PDF-ove banke koji se ne mogu uređivati.

I need your urgent intervention as the casino is now openly denying international banking standards. Today, the Customer Support Manager (Hriday) sent me another shocking reply via mail.
They are now claiming that even after their 'payment provider' reviewed the cases, the status remains 'Failed'. They literally stated: 'having a statement doesn’t guarantee a successful credit.'
This is a complete manipulation of facts because:
I am not just showing regular bank statements; I have provided Official Bank Settlement Certificates (with explicit Success Status) from ICICI and Jio Payments Bank.
A bank legally issues a Settlement Certificate ONLY when the money has been successfully received by the merchant's bank account.
If the money left my bank, reached their bank account, and was never refunded to me (as proven by my daily updated statements), then the casino is illegally holding my ₹15,750.
4rabet's internal system 'Failed' status is completely irrelevant when official central banking data proves 'Success'. They are hiding behind their payment provider to steal my funds.
Please review this latest denial from the casino and take strict action against them. I have already provided all the un-editable, official bank PDFs with you on mail.

I am writing to update you on a very suspicious and unfair action taken by 4rabet.
When I went to take screenshots of my deposit history today, I discovered that the casino has suddenly hidden or deleted all my transaction history prior to May 1st. I can no longer see my March 27th entries on my user dashboard. I contacted their support regarding this missing history, but they are completely avoiding the question and stalling.
This looks like an intentional attempt by 4rabet to hide the evidence of my ₹15,750 deposits because they know this case is being investigated.
However, since I cannot attach the dashboard screenshot, I am attaching the official Email Confirmation/Ticket Numbers (SUP-1258732, SUP-1257505, SUP-1260072, SUP-1263089, SUP-1291429, SUP-1304681) sent by 4rabet support themselves, where they explicitly acknowledged these specific transactions and UTRs.
I have already shared the bank statements on May 12th. Please ask the casino to explain why they have deleted my transaction history from my profile.
