Zdravo, podneo sam zahtev za povlačenje 7. maja 2025. godine u iznosu od 41000 INR, status povlačenja se promenio u isplaćeno, ali novac i dalje nije uplaćen na bankovni račun. Kada sam pitao tim za korisničku podršku, oni su nastavili da šalju kopirane i nalepljene SMS poruke i nisu uspeli da reše problem.
Na svojoj platformi su rekli da ako se povlačenje ne izvrši u roku od 24 sata, traže da kontaktiraju tim za korisničku podršku, ali tim za korisničku podršku ima samo odgovor koji kažu svaki put kada se raspitam o svom povlačenju.
Taj odgovor je „Naše finansijsko odeljenje to ispituje, vaša sredstva će uskoro biti uplaćena".
Većinu vremena dobijam isti odgovor, ne žele da reše probleme kupaca, jednostavno su želeli da stalno šalju ponovljene poruke i ignorišu kupca bez preduzimanja bilo kakve akcije.
Potreban mi je odgovarajući odgovor i moj novac za isplatu.
Takođe sam kontaktirao tim za podršku putem imejla pre 2 dana, nisu odgovarali.
Izgleda kao da su intenzivno držali sredstva kupaca.

Hi, I have submitted the withdrawal request on May 7th 2025 for the amount of 41000 INR, the withdrawal status changed to paidout but still money not credited to bank account when I asked the customer service team they were keep on sending the copy paste texts messages and they were not able to resolve the issue.
In their platform they said if withdrawal not credited in 24 hours they asked to contact the customer service team but customer service team is having only answer they tell every time when I enquire about my withdrawal.
That response is "Our financial department is looking into it yourfunds will be deposited soon".
Most of the times I'm getting the same answer they don't want to address the customer issues they simply wanted to send repeated messages all the time and ignoring the customer without taking any action
I need a proper response and my withdrawal money.
I have also contacted the support team through the email 2 days ago they were not responding
Seems like they were intensionally holding the customer funds.
I need justice for my money
I have necessary evidences
This is true issue facing with for the past 4 days
