Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa problemom sa isplatom kompaniji 888 Romania Limited, koja je nedavno objavila da će prestati sa poslovanjem u Rumuniji. Međutim, umesto zatvaranja, poslovanje je prebačeno na novu kompaniju – New Gambling Solutions SRL – koja sada upravlja potpuno istim domenima (888sport.ro, 888casino.ro, 888poker.ro, pa čak i 888.ro).
Moja situacija:
Zatražio/la sam povlačenje 668 RON pre više od dve nedelje.
Poslali su mi samo malu delimičnu uplatu od 247 RON, dok ostatak još uvek nedostaje.
U proteklih 10 dana nisam dobio nikakvu komunikaciju, iako sam im više puta slao imejlove.
Moj nalog je odavno u potpunosti verifikovan i uvek sam se pridržavao njihovih zahteva.
Izgleda da se kriju iza ove „tranzicije" između 888 Romania i New Gambling Solutions, ali igrači poput mene ostaju bez naših potpunih isplata.
Ljubazno molim Casino.Guru da se umeša i posreduje, jer ova situacija izgleda kao da pokušavaju da izbegnu plaćanja tokom promene licence.

Dear Casino.Guru team,
I would like to file a complaint regarding a withdrawal issue with 888 Romania Limited, which recently announced that it would stop operating in Romania. However, instead of closing, the operation was transferred to a new company – New Gambling Solutions SRL – which now runs the exact same domains (888sport.ro, 888casino.ro, 888poker.ro, and even 888.ro).
My situation:
I requested a withdrawal of 668 RON more than two weeks ago.
They only sent me a small partial payment of 247 RON, while the rest is still missing.
For the past 10 days, I have received no communication at all, even though I emailed them repeatedly.
My account has been fully verified long ago, and I have always complied with their requests.
It seems they are hiding behind this "transition" between 888 Romania and New Gambling Solutions, but players like me are left without our full withdrawals.
I kindly ask Casino.Guru to step in and mediate, because this situation looks like they are trying to avoid payments during the license change.
