Moj račun je blokiran, a sredstva zadržana nakon što sam u potpunosti ispunio sve zahteve za verifikaciju i dodatne zahteve koje je nametnuo operater.
Kada sam pokušao da podignem sredstva, operater je zatražio verifikaciju identiteta, koju sam uspešno završio. Nakon toga, podrška me je kontaktirala u vezi sa više povezanih naloga. Otvoreno sam objasnio da jedan nalog pripada mojoj ženi, jedan mom bratu, a jedan je moj stari lični nalog koji više ne koristim zbog izgubljenih podataka za prijavu.
Na moj zahtev, operater je pristao da obriše sve dodatne naloge i pismeno potvrdio da će samo moj glavni nalog — gde sam imao najviši VIP nivo — ostati aktivan. Kao uslov za vraćanje isplata, zatraženo mi je da dostavim lekarsko uverenje kojim se potvrđuje da nisam zavisan od kockanja.

Pristup mom nalogu je opozvan, a nije dostavljen nikakav konačni izvod o stanju. Stanje u trenutku blokiranja je bilo približno 50.000 PLN.
