All three withdrawals are still pending despite repeated contact with customer support via live chat and email. The replies I receive are always generic and repetitive: they claim my withdrawals are being processed or delayed due to "many requests", but I have not received any clear updates or timeframes.
A support agent even stated that I will definitely receive the money, but nothing has happened since. I also still have €1,100 in my account balance that I cannot withdraw because the daily withdrawal limit (3 × €500) is already reached.
My account is fully active, and all deposits were made via credit card. I have not received any request for verification, nor any indication that my account is under review. I am growing extremely concerned.
