Potvrđujem pravilo 12.14 vaših Uslova i odredbi. Međutim, bio bih zahvalan na pojašnjenju zašto su igrači iz ograničenih jurisdikcija – koji ne bi trebalo da imaju pravo da prime i/ili koriste bilo koju vrstu bonusa – ipak mogli da traže bonuse, uplaćuju depozite i igraju sa bonusom bez ikakvih očiglednih ograničenja, samo da bi se ovo ograničenje primenilo kasnije kada su uspeli da pobede.
Kao što je navedeno u našem Kodeksu o fer kockanju , ne smatramo prihvatljivom praksom da svesno dozvoljavamo igračima da pristupaju i koriste bonuse, postavljaju opklade i rizikuju sopstvena sredstva, samo da bi im se dobici naknadno konfiskovali na osnovu toga. Takav pristup je u suprotnosti sa principima fer igre, jer omogućava igračima da učestvuju bez stvarne i fer mogućnosti da dobiju isplatu.
U Kazino Guruu, verujemo da ako igrači registruju nalog koristeći tačne lične podatke, ako im sistem kazina dozvoli da traže/koriste bonuse i igraju bez zaobilaženja bilo kakvih zaštitnih mera, onda bi svi dobici dobijeni legitimno trebalo da budu poštovani i isplaćeni (osim ako nisu prekršena neka druga pravila). Radujem se vašem pojašnjenju.

Dear Amon Casino,
I acknowledge rule 12.14 of your Terms and Conditions. However, I would appreciate clarification as to why players from restricted jurisdictions—who should not be eligible to receive and/or use any type of bonus—were nevertheless able to claim bonuses, make deposits, and play with the bonus without any apparent restrictions, only for this restriction to be enforced at a later stage when they managed to win.
As outlined in our Fair Gambling Codex, it is not considered acceptable practice by us to knowingly allow players to access and use bonuses, place wagers, and risk their own funds, only for their winnings to be subsequently confiscated on this basis. Such an approach conflicts with the principles of fair play, as it enables players to participate without a genuine and fair opportunity to receive a payout.
At Casino Guru, we believe that if players register an account using correct personal details, are permitted by the casino system to claim/use bonuses, and play without bypassing any safeguards, then any winnings obtained legitimately should be honoured and paid out (unless some other rules have been broken).
