Podnosim ovu žalbu protiv kazina AmunRa zbog neopravdanog kašnjenja u obradi moje isplate od 500 evra, zahtevane 20. aprila 2024. godine.
Uprkos činjenici da je prošlo 11 dana, isplata je i dalje označena kao „Na čekanju" ili „U pregledu". Nekoliko puta sam kontaktirao ćaskanje uživo, a agenti poput Flavija i Beti su dali obmanjujuće informacije, obećavajući da će isplata biti obrađena „uskoro", što se nikada nije dogodilo.
Štaviše, moji pokušaji da kontaktiram njihovu podršku putem e-pošte su odbijeni od strane njihovog servera. Već sam obavestio Curacao eGaming Authority i AskGamblers o ovoj situaciji. Zahtevam hitnu obradu mojih sredstava.

I am filing this complaint against AmunRa Casino due to an unjustified delay in processing my withdrawal of €500, requested on April 20th, 2024.
Despite the fact that 11 days have passed, the withdrawal is still marked as "Pending" or "Under review". I have contacted the live chat several times, and agents like Flavio and Betty provided misleading information, promising the payment would be processed "soon," which never happened.
Furthermore, my attempts to contact their support via email were rejected by their server. I have already notified the Curacao eGaming Authority and AskGamblers about this situation. I am requesting the immediate processing of my funds.
