Međutim, želeo bih da razjasnim nekoliko važnih tačaka.
Prvo, već sam dostavio kompletne bankovne izvode koji pokrivaju traženi period (05.10–05.11.2025). Pažljivo sam ih pregledao više puta i još uvek ne mogu da pronađem nijednu transakciju od 210 PLN koja odgovara predmetnom depozitu.
Pored toga, primetio/la sam da je u vašoj poslednjoj poruci traženi period naveden kao 05.10–05.11.2026, što izgleda da nije tačno jer je to budući datum.
Drugo, svi moji ostali depoziti na BassBet su jasno vidljivi u mojim bankovnim izvodima i već su uspešno verifikovani. Ovo je jedina transakcija koja se nigde ne pojavljuje.
U ovom trenutku, ne mogu da potvrdim da li je takva uplata ikada izvršena sa moje strane, posebno zato što ne postoji odgovarajući zapis ni na jednom od mojih računa.
Štaviše, navedeni identifikacioni brojevi depozita su interni i ne dozvoljavaju mi da identifikujem transakciju u svojim bankovnim evidencijama.
Bez dodatnih detalja kao što su:
ime trgovca
procesor plaćanja
ili bilo koju identifikovanu referencu transakcije
Nije mi moguće da pronađem ili potvrdim ovu uplatu.
S obzirom da sam već podneo sva tražena dokumenta i u potpunosti sarađivao tokom celog procesa, ljubazno molim kazino da pojasni:
zašto moj nalog ne može biti verifikovan na osnovu ostalih potvrđenih depozita,
i da mi dostave dovoljno detalja o transakciji koji bi mi realno omogućili da identifikujem nedostajuću uplatu.

However, I would like to clarify a few important points.
First, I have already provided full bank statements covering the requested period (05.10–05.11.2025). I have reviewed them carefully multiple times and I am still unable to locate any 210 PLN transaction corresponding to the deposit in question.
Additionally, I noticed that in your latest message the requested period is stated as 05.10–05.11.2026, which appears to be incorrect as this is a future date.
Secondly, all my other deposits to BassBet are clearly visible in my bank statements and have already been successfully verified. This is the only transaction that does not appear anywhere.
At this point, I am unable to confirm whether such a payment was ever made from my side, especially since no matching record exists in any of my accounts.
Furthermore, the provided deposit IDs are internal and do not allow me to identify the transaction in my bank records.
Without additional details such as:
merchant name
payment processor
or any identifiable transaction reference
it is not possible for me to locate or verify this payment.
Given that I have already submitted all requested documents and fully cooperated throughout the process, I kindly ask the casino to clarify:
why my account cannot be verified based on the other confirmed deposits,
and to provide sufficient transaction details that would realistically allow me to identify the missing payment.
