Da li vas je korisnička podrška obavestila zašto dokumenti za KYC nisu prihvaćeni?
Nažalost, ne — nisam dobio nikakvo objašnjenje o tome zašto su moji dokumenti odbijeni.

On 2025-06-06, I accidentally transferred 20 SOL into my BC.Game account. I immediately contacted online support, and they instructed me to complete the KYC verification process.

I first tried to submit my previous passport, but it was valid only until 2025-07-02, so it was rejected.
On 2025-06-16, I submitted my new passport, a selfie clearly showing my face and ID details, a handwritten note with "BC.GAME", my username, and the current date, as well as my bank statement.

Unfortunately, no — I have not received any explanation regarding why my documents were rejected.
- Did you claim any bonuses?
No, I did not claim any bonuses. I have not touched the funds in the account. All I want is to recover my own money that I mistakenly transferred.
I fully understand it was my mistake not to double-check before making the transfer, but I am kindly asking for your help to retrieve my own funds. I have provided valid documents and am ready to cooperate further. Please let me know what else is required to resolve this matter.
