3. novembra oko 22:15 (po kvebečkom vremenu), uplatio sam ukupno 5.877,39 kanadskih dolara na svoj račun putem dve potvrđene transakcije preko Solane:

Čim sam se kladio na rulet, sistem me je odmah isključio sa greškom **„ograničeni region – VPN (Nemačka)"**.
**Nije došlo do okretanja točka, nije započeta nijedna runda i nije generisan rezultat igre.**
Uprkos tome, BC.Game je oduzeo puni iznos opklade sa mog stanja.
Ovo nije izgubljena opklada.
Ovo je **novac uzet bez odigrane validne igre**, uzrokovan kvarom sistema.
Podrška je odbila da pomogne, izbegavala je moja pitanja, ignorisala nedostajuća sredstva i više puta slala kopirane odgovore umesto da pregleda logove ili prosledi slučaj.
Nakon provere na mreži, pronašao sam **stotine sličnih izveštaja** od drugih korisnika koji su imali isti problem sa BC.Game:

The moment I placed a roulette bet, the system instantly disconnected me with a **"restricted region – VPN (Germany)"** error.
**No wheel spin occurred, no round started, and no game result was generated.**
Despite this, BC.Game deducted the full bet amount from my balance.
This is not a lost bet.
This is **money taken without a valid game being played**, caused by a system malfunction.
Support refused to help, avoided my questions, ignored the missing funds, and repeatedly sent copy-paste responses instead of reviewing logs or escalating the case.
After checking online, I found **hundreds of similar reports** from other users experiencing the same issue with BC.Game:
disconnections, restricted-region errors, balance deductions without gameplay, and refusal to refund.
