Moje povlačenje prikazuje „Uspešno" na vašoj platformi, ali iznos nije primljen na moj bankovni račun, čak ni nakon 16 dana. Ovo kašnjenje je neprihvatljivo i izazvalo mi je značajan stres.

Takođe ste mi dostavili „potvrdu o uspešnom transferu", koja je očigledno lažna, jer:
1. Račun se ne podudara sa formatom stvarnih SBI računa.
2. UTR broj je nevažeći i ne postoji u NPCI/SBI sistemima.
3. Transfer je navodno izvršen, ali nikakav iznos nije uplaćen na moj račun čak ni nakon 16 dana.
4. Tiket je označen kao neuspešan, ali transakcija je označena kao „uspešna".
Ovo jasno pokazuje da plaćanje nikada nije zapravo obrađeno.

I am writing to raise a very serious issue regarding my withdrawal of ₹35,000.
My withdrawal shows "Success" on your platform, but the amount has not been received in my bank account, even after 16 days. This delay is unacceptable and has caused me significant stress.

1. The receipt does not match the format of actual SBI receipts.
2. The UTR number is invalid and does not exist in NPCI/SBI systems.
3. The transfer supposedly happened, but no amount was credited to my account even after 16 days.
4. The ticket was marked failed, yet the transaction was marked "successful".
This clearly shows that the payment was never actually processed.
I request urgent action: ✔️ Verify the withdrawal manually
✔️ Provide the REAL NPCI UTR number
✔️ Or immediately refund the ₹35,000 back to my BC Game wallet
✔️ Reopen my ticket, as this issue is not resolved
