I've been a player of the casino for about a week now and I have made one deposit of $250. I think I lost the money in the first bet but I got a free bet which I played and wagered. Even after wagering, I decided to play one more and was lucky to win even more, for the first time. But on trying to withdraw, I was asked to verify my account, which I did.
After the verification. I tried again to withdraw, but my withdrawal was cancelled or rejected and my withdrawal page was suspended. I contacted support who advised me to do advanced KYC, which I did and my account got verified. But in about 2 hours, my account was closed and I couldn't login. That was where it said "Error 4001" Account Verification Required.
The winnings started from a free bet/bonus. But after wagering, the bonus became part of my real balance which I could either withdraw or use to play to win more since it was real money. I decided to keep playing.
I played sports games, and I played live casino after I had finished wagering the bonus. That was where I won even more money. It was a huge risk, but I went for it and it paid out.

Please understand that creating multiple accounts in order to benefit from a bonus intended for one person to be redeemed only once is a practice online casinos don't tolerate and is a breach of its rules.
